Hiring Process
We are committed to full transparency throughout our hiring process. To help you understand what to expect from us, we’ve developed a guide to hiring at OneSix. The process may differ slightly depending on the role.
Phone Screen
If you’re scheduled for an interview, we will email you to confirm the date and time. During the call, we will discuss your skills, the role, and the OneSix team, leaving time for your questions.
Interview and or Assessment
An Interview will be conducted live to assess your skills, problem-solving abilities, and approach to real-world scenarios. We will explore how you apply your knowledge to tackle challenges and evaluate your thought process. The assessment provides an opportunity to examine your expertise more deeply. It may include coding exercises, video questions, and essay responses. This comprehensive evaluation helps us understand your proficiency and problem-solving strategies.
Cultural Add or Case Study Presentation
The final step in the interview process is a cultural add interview, or, depending on the role, you may be required to present a case study. Both components are designed to get to know you better and learn how you will enhance our company culture.
Offer/Feedback
In the final stage, after your cultural interview or case study, our interview team will review and discuss feedback. We will reach out to share an exciting offer or, if necessary, some feedback on our decision. We appreciate the time and effort you’ve invested in this process!
